ICTSS provide a combination of telephone, onsite and remote access support to cost effectively maintain our clients systems .

Routine performance monitoring and administration can be facilitated remotely using either terminal services for windows based servers or PC Anywhere for Novell based servers. On occasion where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will normally be onsite within for hours for servers and business critical systems & six hours for workstations and peripherals.

Support is charged at a pre-agreed cost (daily, hourly or monthly) we offer a multi tiered support packages so pleas contact us for further details.
